Local office was great, central customer service was terriblePros:The staff at the Queens Village office was great and the value of the rental was excellent.Cons:My car got a flat in Massachusetts and Enterprise did nothing to help. After a wait of five hours, roadside assistance told me they had arranged a replacement car- which they insisted upon, rather than simply patching the damaged tire. When I arrived at the local office, there was no car for me. I was subsequently told I would be charged for not returning the car on-time (which I could not do, as I was stranded in Massachusetts). The local office staff are helpful but the central office is terrible.Reviewed 28 Jul. 2018
