Just as bad as the other big rental companies, they never have the car you rented, just the "equivalent". This time was even worse, they did not have anything even the "equivalent" for the price I was supposed to pay.Reviewed 27 Oct. 2022

Cons:The car smelled like cigarette smoke and also had stains all over the front and back seats. Additionally, the car had hail damage when I received it. It was not noted by the office in New Jersey and subsequently, when I dropped the car off in Bethesda I was questioned about it. They eventually did not charge me which was good. However in the future, I would have appreciated a better car.Reviewed 7 Apr. 2017
