Pros:The day I went to pick up my rental SUV, their system was down and they did not have a 4 wheel drive like I requested. the upgraded me with out any questions asked. They didn't charge me extra either. Great pick up and drop off service. The vehicle was great. Clean and well taken care of.Reviewed 14 Mar. 2019

Pick up problemsPros:After the debacle they did give me a nice upgrade.Cons:Several hours before my pick up, I was called by the pick up location and informed that the location had made a mistake and there was no car to rent. I was then sent to another location at an airport a 30 minute highway drive away. I called that location en route to verify that there was a car available and was informed that there was not a car available, and I was informed that I should call the other locations to see what I could find or try a competitor. I informed that desk agent, that in this case it was his responsibility to rectify the situation, whereby he said he would call around and then call me back. After 30 minutes without receiving any word, I called the original pickup location and recounted the last hour's fiasco. I was then informed the second location was incorrect and was being run by an intern and that I should just head that way. I became quite frustrated, yet calm, and informed that agent that this would not be possible and that she should do right and rent me whatever vehicle they have available. Where at this point the agent said she had some last minute cancellations and could give me one of two SUV's as a free upgrade. I took this option. Now, I understand that this is a logistically challenging business, especially in a small regional market, but I'm typing this response on a mobile device that has more data processing capabilities than their terminal network systems that look like they still run COBOL. Firstly, upgrade your data systems. Secondly, if you screw up, you make the situation right by the customer on your end, ideally without their knowledge of the mistake, even if you lose money on the transaction, but you certainly don't make them run around on their dime when you have the ability to make it right.Reviewed 14 Jun. 2016

Pros:Everything except the payment methods!Cons:Every other business on the planet prefers payment methods in this order: 1. Cash, 2. Check, 3. Debit, 4. Credit, and 5. Other. For some reason enterprise is completely backwards? In IC they wouldn't accept my cash so I gave them my visa credit card. They didn't accept that either, because it had the word "debit" printed on it. They made me go get a money order from WalMart just to get my car. EXTREMELY inconvenient. If you have a bank issued debit/credit card, I suggest covering up the word "debit" with a sharpie before going to enterprise.Reviewed 27 Dec. 2015
