Pros:I liked that there was another rental company nearby.Cons:Place was closed at the hour booked. They had changed their hours and didn't update the website or Google maps. There was just a printed message with the new hours. Luckily was able to rent from a different company.Reviewed 8 Mar. 2021

La Crosse vacationCons:When your flight comes in after 5pm you have to come back the next day to pick up the car - that is the only negative. The gentleman and lady took excellent care of me!Reviewed 21 Sep. 2018

Pros:Staff friendly, given free upgrade mostly because only vehicle available.Cons:Airplane arrived on time 9:28 pm, car rental closed at 9:00 pm even though we had a car reserved no one there. Had difficult time getting to hotel from airport & back in morning.Reviewed 30 May 2018

Wrong vehicleCons:We reserved a minivan to transport 7 people, 3 of them in car seats, from Lacrosse to Minneapolis for a family wedding. When we went to pick it up they did not have a van. Gave us an explorer with 7 seats but no room for anything else. Had to have two people and most bags get a ride with someone else. Enterprise said we could switch out the vehicle in Minneapolis. I spent and hour on the phone trying to work that out. They would not bring us the vehicle so we had to drive 40 minutes to the airport and wait 45 minutes to get that switch done and then 40 minutes back.Reviewed 31 Jul. 2017

Full Size SUV - GMC YukonPros:Space, 20 MPG, fold down 3rd row seats, and legroom.Cons:Visibility around vehicle, seats do not contour to body, poor radio reception, and no satellite radio.Reviewed 18 Jul. 2017

Pros:Çar was clean. Checkout was fairly quick and easy.Cons:Bought insurance thru Kayak but then again thru enterprise because desk clerk suggested it might not be enough. Feel a little deceived.Reviewed 15 Jan. 2017
