I didn't get a chance to even rent a vehicle from them. They called me to tell me that they didn't have the vehicle I needed and to call another location if I still wanted it. So, another option presented itself before I called the other location. I did not end up getting a rental because they did not have any available nor did any other Enterprise in the Asheville area. They called me two hours before I was supposed to pick the car up to tell me that they did not have it at all.Reviewed 6 Jun 2026

Staff were nice and helpful. Pickup and drop off were quick and easy. Car was clean upon pickup. Only issue was Sirus XM was unavailable during last day of the rental which was a nominal inconvenience.Reviewed 5 Jun 2026

Enterprise has alway been a great car rental company for me for a while now. From the car usually the better car selection to the customer service has alwaya been good. This time though the vehicle wasnt what i thought i ordered. I was given a different van from what the pictures on line showed. Even with that overal everything dealing with the rental was fine except, the location congestion. There was nearly no where to park as a customer coming to pick up a car. The location looked like a used car lot then a rent a car lot. This may just be the issue of the shape of the location but, its still made the experience a bit unpleasant.Reviewed 4 Jun 2026

The car was not clean, and in particular was very very smoky, I didn’t notice this until I was about 15 minutes away. I had to drive for two days with the windows wide open and the air conditioner on full blast just to make the air tolerable. I also had to stop at a store buy some wipes and wipe down the entire inside of the car a task that took me 30 to 45 minutes. Also, the less important. But no one explained to me that the office at Westin in Zagreb would be closed and that it was a contactless drop off. When driving to Zagreb, Google maps said where you’re going to is closed. This caused me some panic and a lot of stress not knowing if I was gonna be able to drop the car off or not. I looked through everything and there were no instructions on this, very poor communication. This experience with enterprise, was my worst experience in 30 days travel in Europe, I would rate every restaurant at least three stars and most of 4 or 5, every accommodation at least four stars. Every tour and attraction I went to four stars. So one star rating is very low. I am very very very unlikely ever use enterprise again, even in North America.Reviewed 4 Jun 2026
