They didn't have the minivan I ordered on your website available, so they called me directly. Cancelled the rental. I later called in because it showed available on their actual website. Agent told me that it would be escalated with my original confirmation number because they will pull in a vehicle from anywhere else in order to fulfill my request and I'll be called back within 24 hours. I had some damage to vehicle bumper and tail light that is covered on my rental insurance .. and they kept my 300 deposit and tried to take another 600 on top of it only got 480... And never made me aware of this . I communicated and supplied all documents needed . Asked if the provided info was what they needed . They replied yes that's all they needed... The entire process went smoothly. After booking, there was an external partner which provided insurance, and the emails were separate from Kayak. We use passenger vans several times a year, and this was by far the best price, not to mention the vans were brand new! Enterprise staff was very personable and professional.Reviewed 16 Feb 2026

I reserved a full size and got a smaller car. The exterior was not clean, had scuff marks and a very poor paint touch-up job. The inside smelled stale- like lingering smoke. I went with Hertz expecting better quality but did not receive it. But pick-up and drop-off was easy.Reviewed 16 Feb 2026
