I never got a car. They said that if the reservation was made less than 24 hours before there were no cars available. Get it together.... don't set up your system to allow reservations if there are no cars available. It reminds me of airlines overbooking flights.Reviewed 22 Apr. 2024

The car was dirty on the inside. Photos were taken. The doors on the inside were visually dirty. One window was so dirty it looked foggy. Also, a second reservation was needed at a different location b/c upon arrival, they had no cars.Reviewed 2 Apr. 2024
