Pros:The staff was super-friendly, and when we had to cancel at the last minute, Tyler quickly took care of it without complaint. He even thanked us and asked that we consider Enterprise for our next rental (good job:) The St. Augustine location helped us before when we arrived a few minutes after closing. We didn't realize that they close early on a Saturday at 12. They still gave us our rental along with an upgrade. This is why the Enterprise at St. Augustine is my top choice. The management really cares, and the employees are cool. Thank you:)Cons:It would be awesome if the hours were longer on Saturday, and were open Sunday.Reviewed 2 Jul. 2021

Pros:Staff at the location was helpful and very friendlyCons:Car smelled, was somewhat dirty, windshield was dirty inside and out. There was no windshield wiper fluid and the change oil light came on halfway through the trip.Reviewed 29 Oct. 2017

Pros:Customer service was excellent. Representative tried hard to solve a problem and made me feel very satisfied once all was said and done. He told me to contact Kayak to get a refund for the xtra charges.Cons:When making reservation, there was nothing saying there would be an extra charge of $15.00 a day for an additional driver. The rep said there was nothing he could do to waive the fee and since I reserved through Kayak, they would have to be responsible for refunding the fee. Haven't contacted Kayak yet due to preparing for Hurricane Irma which will soon be upon us.Reviewed 10 Sep. 2017

Pros:Kevin was very accommodating and pleasant. He gave me the upgrade even though I had mistakenly left the BJ's coupon at home. He even came out to the car and went over the general basic operation of the vehicle. The service was very personal and attentive. The car was new and very clean and in excellent condition. I have never had an agent do anything like that before. He made up for the horrible experience I had at DAB two days before, when I had to wait for over an hour to get a smaller car in poor condition.Cons:All was perfect.Reviewed 11 Apr. 2017
