Good service at pickupPros:Service at the Plano, TX location was great, the manager was patient and helpful while I figured out what I wanted to do about coverage. The car was clean and very comfortable throughout the trip. I would definitely use enterprise again.Reviewed 18 Apr. 2017

Should have asked for a different carPros:Rate was decent, got two days free when I turned car in... Car came with a 54 track mix cd with at least 40 R. Kelly songs (deep cuts, no Ignotion Remix or I Believe I Can Fly) and a grab bag of Al Green and Jagged Edge songs.Cons:Nissan Rouge crossover SUV, less than 35k miles when picked up... Car was dirty, dirt from shoe on passenger side dash, cigarette butts in door compartment. Weird crayon & crackers smell. Averaged a whopping 23 mpg on a completely highway mile road trip. Service light came on 150 miles into trip. Weather stripping on passenger pillar came halfway off on highway about 200 miles into trip, had to duct tape it down 3 times over the 4 days. Car had issues shifting out of park on many occasions. We would jump in car ready to reverse or push into drive, shifter would not click or budge for thirty seconds to a minute almost every time leaving "park". Would decide on its own when the right attempt was worthy to shift. Luckily I was given two days free, even then, this vehicle needs to be destroyed and recycled.Reviewed 31 Mar. 2017

Pros:Friendliness of representative who closed my paperwork.Cons:Lack of friendliness of representative who opened my contract: He didn't seem to care one way or another if I did business with Enterprise. No cars were clean when I arrived so I had to wait for the crew to vacuum the car. The car I got had not.been washed.Reviewed 30 Dec. 2016

Terrible experience with the vehiclePros:The van had leak in its windshield wiper fluid and so traveling to Midwest during winter storm and not able to clear the windshield was a horrific experience. We had to stop every hour to clean the windshield with bottle water. We were not able to drive the van in Wisconsin through out the time we were there. It sat in the garage the entire time. I should not be charged for this rental. Very dissatisfied customer.Cons:Vehicle and serviceReviewed 29 Dec. 2016
