That we actually got a car - we had to beg to get a car - as they didn’t have any cars to give - then we had to wait for them to clean it - - - we are ever so grateful that Enterprise found a way to give us a car - not sure if we hadn’t made a fuss they would have - so Kayak needs to make sure there are actually vehicles available.Reviewed 7 Aug. 2022

Didn’t receive a vehicle.Cons:I recently needed a vehicle due to unforeseen circumstances. There were no vehicles that were available. I did not receive a call until a full week later saying there was one available. I went online to see if there was another way to get one. It kept reading available, but in fact, they were all rented out. I was not contacted either when I had put in a request for one. Really disappointed with the whole experience with the Red Deer Enterprise. Maybe bringing in more vehicles from Edmonton or Calgary would have been a problem solved.Reviewed 2 Feb. 2018

Rep wasn't friendly, car had one issuePros:The car, overall was great, comfort, bells and whistles were great. HoweverCons:The rep in Red Deer wasn't very friendly. He said all of 3 words to me while processing my reservation. The car itself was a turbo etc and had a delay in its excelleration, which wasn't nice to have happen in town, and it would have been nice to have that feature explained.Reviewed 4 Jul. 2017
