Cons:It would have helped to know that the Enterprise agency where we had rented from on-line was closed at noon on Saturday, especially as we didn't arrive until 1:00 p.m.. We were never able to pick up our rental car.Reviewed 22 Oct. 2020

Pros:Staff was friendly but unhelpful when I needed to return the rental after an hour when we realized the mattress we were trying to donate would not fit safely into the truck bed. They would not refund the purchase although fuel unchanged and plenty of inventory on lot indicating we were not tying up any vehicles. Fuuuuuuq enterpriseCons:Would have been nice to know that you can not rent a car in a different town then the one your ID shows. Did not get the rental or any help from employee to get a new rental so didn't get to enjoy Thanksgiving.Reviewed 26 Nov. 2018
