Pros:The enterprise employee Allan was very helpful and made the experience straight forward and went out his way to accommodate us and getting a suitable vehicle for the duration of our holiday. Thank you.Cons:I advised enterprise that I was not going to be able to p[ick up my rental on the time specified and if I could pick it up next day at the same rate and they said yes, certainly. When I called to tell them about my delay in flight they advised me that I could no longer get that car at the rate which I booked it at and instead charged me almost 3 times more. Luckily, when I got to the shop , one of the employees Allan was very helpful and honoured the price which I originally booked for. Secondly, a day prior to dropping off the car I call to ask if I could get dropped off at my address and they said yes of course. When I dropped off the car I waited an hour just sat where they told me to sit and just wait a moment and someone will take you home. I was really angry and fed up after an hour of waiting I walked out and called someone to collect me from work. If I had known that I could have made other arrangements in advance.Reviewed 26 Aug. 2016

Cons:It would have helped to know that the Enterprise agency where we had rented from on-line was closed at noon on Saturday, especially as we didn't arrive until 1:00 p.m.. We were never able to pick up our rental car.Reviewed 22 Oct. 2020

Pros:Staff was friendly but unhelpful when I needed to return the rental after an hour when we realized the mattress we were trying to donate would not fit safely into the truck bed. They would not refund the purchase although fuel unchanged and plenty of inventory on lot indicating we were not tying up any vehicles. Cons:When a couple lives together and share bills all bills is not going to be in one person name, and when you get direct deposit for pay at work but pay stubs have address from old address from five years ago shouldn’t matter if you been on your job over 10 yrs.Reviewed 7 Jul. 2021

Just okayPros:The steering was vary loose in the Kia. Passenger seat was lower then the driver's seat. And we could not adjust it. Old drink spills on dash and on the left. Door in back. And a very gritty dash. The car needed to be washed.Reviewed 9 Nov. 2016
