Cons:The rental agency entered the wrong time for return, am vs pm... Also did not have available the car class booked, a Toyota Corolla vs the requested VW Jetta, a standard rental vs a compact rental, still charged as a standard rental did not even mention they didn't have the proper car. Just a disappointing rental in general, even if the car was nice, it was not what was booked.Reviewed 1 Jun. 2021

Pros:We had a bit of a wait to pick car up due to bad timing. But then we were upgraded to a mustang convertible due to low number of vehicles left. Not a bad deal. 😊 Drop off was painless.Reviewed 10 May 2021

Pros:Drop-off in Amarillo was quick and easy.Cons:Google Maps gave us slightly wrong directions to the Enterprise at Amarillo Airport. We asked a person, and they got us where we needed to go.Reviewed 26 Apr. 2021

Pros:The staff was great and very friendly. All interactions were positive!Cons:Would be nice to see exactly how much you'll be paying before you drop off your car. There are lots of little fees and add-ons that add up once you see your final statement after dropping off the car. I don't think it's deceitful, just a little more transparency during the booking process would be nice.Reviewed 17 Mar. 2021

Pros:No one wanted to help me out ,i made a reservation because my flight was canceled and they did not want to give me a car because i was taking it to texas so they proceeded to help evry other customers with cars and then they made me wait longer for cars to come in and they had plenty of cars ,horrible experience i will not be coming back due to this and when i tried to call the branch i couldnt get ahold of no one to nake a changeReviewed 20 Feb. 2021

Pros:Car was maintained. No issues there.Cons:I arrived at 9:30PM'ish local time and the counter was closed. A Hertz agent mentioned that I can find the office people outside in the parking lot (Temperature around 40F). I didn't find anyone at the Enterprise booth, it was closed! I stumbled over the entire rental car parking lot and found an open booth. The Enterprise people happened to be there with other car rental agencies. I had to pay extra for a smaller car.
