Car was clean and in good condition. Gas was low so needed to fill directly. Waited nearly 2 hours from when the car was supposed to be ready for pickup which directly changed plans and accommodations for the day. After that, all went well. Nobody to receive the car but convenient ability to drop off keys at the hotel was a smooth transition.Reviewed 30 Nov. 2021

My rental experience with Enterprise was great. Staff was very competent and explained to me into a great detail elements of the rental contract. The car was clean, comfortable and very economic on gas usage. Return of the vehicle was effortless. I highly recommend this rental company.Reviewed 27 Sep. 2021

I picked the Enterprise at Zagreb airport because I wanted to work with an American (at least affiliated) company and I want a VW Golf. I was offered an Opel Astra. When I asked if a VW Golf was available, I was told that the agency did not even have a Golf. I understand that when rental cars are listed they always say "or similar", but you should be allowed to list a car as a comparable if you don't have one in your fleet. They should have listed "Opel Astra, Or Similar". I was also surprised to learn that insurance was an option with agent at the airport. When I made my reservation, I purchased insurance, which was through a third-party provided. The desk agent told me if I wanted to purchase insurance through them, I should have selevted "NO" during booking and then that would open the option to purchase insurance at time of vehicel pickup. That makes no sense to me. Additionally, the agent charged me a 2,400 Euro deposit since I did not purchase insurance through them. Lastly, the had over 90,000km on it and had several system failure lights that displayed after I left the lot.Lucklily the car drive fine and was clearn. Overall, I would not recommend renting from Enterprise at Zagreb airport.Reviewed 3 Sep. 2021

Pros:The pick-up staff were friendly and knowledgeableCons:The drop off was terrible. The person was not present- he had clearly just walked away from his desk. We waited for 45 minutes and almost missed our ferry. We had to leave the car in a parking lot without knowing if it was safe or would be ticketed. Very stressful.Reviewed 6 Jun. 2019
