Dave, Aug 2019 - Fairmont Banff Springs
Pros (+) loved the location, staff were all excellent, loved the history and ambience of the hotel
Cons (-) Our room had no AC and the unit they brought in worked poorly. Management gave us 2 breakfast free fro our inconvenience, but hat was a poor response . Our room was very loud due to the portable AC and was warm all night because it didn't work well. I think Management did the very minimal to appease our situation. disappointing.

Rakz and Ash, Feb 2017 - Fairmont Banff Springs
Pros (+) This was our first time staying at the fairmont and to be honest we were a little apprehensive. From valet to door to door service it was amazing. The kids loved being in a castle. And kids under 5 eat free a...
Cons (-) We had opted out of bringing our stroller this trip and that was the only thing I wish we had at the hotel as it's so big and we were in a wing far from the main building. Wish they had a stroller rental kinda thing

Pros (+) The difference between a luxury hotel and a Great Luxury Hotel is often attributed to the staff. I can certainly vouch for the fact that the staff of the Banff Springs, starting with valet welcome, registration, housekeeping, servers, supervisors and the myriad of behind the scenes staff can only be described as spectacular, and we thank all of you for making our 35th Anniversary one that we will ...
Cons (-) Leaving....and not having time to visit the Waldhouse Restaurant on site. I was looking forward to their schnitzel, but misread their schedule.
