This was a huge disappointment for a 4-star hotel. The only positives were location and friendly staff. The hotel itself is not better than a Best Western (maybe worse). Our room had broken lights and tiles but at least was clean. We had requested a king bed for our 10th anniversary and were given 2 tiny double beds that were very uncomfortable. Pros (+) I honestly felt like I stole from them for getting my room that cheap! It's a truly 5 star place it's close to everything you could want to do downtown! The staff is very friendly and amazing! The rooms are very nice and pretty big!
