The location of this hotel was a 10/10. I booked this hotel because it was 5 adults going. The embassy suites accommodates for 5 because it’s a suite. We were getting ready for bed and pulled out the bed from the couch and it was wet. The staff helped but were not too happy about it. It took 3 different members of staff to take care of it. Pros (+) Comfortable and clean
Cons (-) No valet even though website says there is. Tried calling hours ahead of time to see if we can check-in early but the wait time on hold to speak to anyone was an hour.

Pros (+) Filled all needs for a 9 day business trip. The operations of this hotel are smooth and the staff is friendly.
Cons (-) Walls maybe thin in some rooms. The furniture is starting to get dated but it's still fine.

Cons (-) Long check-in despite using the mobile app in advance. Staff tried checking me into the wrong room (I have a common name). No housekeeping one day (not sure how they entirely missed us). Staff/hotel seemed clueless there was a marathon in Chicago.

Pros (+) Great location near the lake and walking to the river. Nice shower with big showerhead.
Cons (-) Ambulances and police cars racing by all night kept us awake. Bed was like a rock and pillows were not great!
