We like the location, the large friendly lobby. Our window shade was out of the track and needed to be replaced. Our toilet was not clean. Our room keys didn’t work on the third night. The maintenance person came and replaced the batteries in the door at 10pm. Our nephew’s room was 60° for the four nights that we stayed. The thermostat wouldn’t adjust up or down.

We used points, but it was a $185/night room. Breakfast was a madhouse and they ran out of coffee. The fitness room was nice until I realized 4 out of 6 treadmills were out of order. The elevators were acting up due to someone pushing up down on every floor and all the floor buttons. The pillows were terrible. Way too soft and no firmer options in the closet.
