We used points, but it was a $185/night room. Breakfast was a madhouse and they ran out of coffee. The fitness room was nice until I realized 4 out of 6 treadmills were out of order. Pros (+) Had a problem with my reservation and the staff was incredibly helpful in resolving it. They also have a special relationship with Northwestern Hospital and is so convenient to be across the street from there.

Cons (-) The first room they gave us had used sheets with lipstick stains on them, and the room had a odor to it, after a little bit of complaining they moved us to another room.
