Cons:When I arrived, they had no record of my reservation. Had to wait over 30 minutes to finally get my room and then got overcharged.

Cons:The service was terrible. The bellhops never helped with any bags which was difficult since the lobby is on the 2nd floor and the elevators are so tiny, you can barely fit yourself and you luggage through the doors. When I got to the checkin desk, I asked if they could hold my luggage since I was a few hours early, so they told me to take my bags bck to the ground floor. They were rude when I asked if someone could assist me, so they told me the bellhop was busy and that they would bring the tags up. After about 10 minutes, I asked if they were still coming and she said "oh it won't be for awhile". She said I could just leave my bags at the desk and get the tags later. ??? Very rude and unprofessional. Once I did get my room, the door was so difficult to close that you had to slam it shut, which echoed all down the hallways, and then you have to shove it back open when you returned. There are no water refill stations (unless you sneak into the fitness center) and finding the ice machine was a maze in itsself. The only perk of this place was the location which was right off michigan ave.

Cons:The check in time is at 4 pm. It was 4:30pm and the room was not available yet. The check out is at 12pm so the staff had 4 hours to get the room done and it was not available when I checked in. Unacceptable.

Cons:The room was very small for the price. There was no place to put your clothes (no dresser). The room was a bit dirty. The elevators were extremely slow (but they had a sign stating that they were remodeling them so they became faster).

Cons:I didn't like the lack of parking specifics when booking the hotel. We were confused when we got there because there is a parking garage next to the hotel that the hotel uses but it was unclear if you go into the hotel to do this or just park in the garage.
