I arrived early, but was allowed to check my bag and use the pool while waiting. Pool was clean, but could definitely use better quality towels. Room was clean and bed/pillows were very comfortable. Check-out time was 11am, but again I was able to check my baggage and use the pool area for the remainder of the day. Pros (+) I loved our room. The newly renovated room was very nice and beds were so comfy. Staff was nice and greeted me with a cookie. They always helped me grab a cab. Loved staff at the pool too.
Cons (-) Wish I understood little better that there was basically no lobby due to renovation. I took my friends to Chicago for first time and having no lobby was a let down even though I understand next year it will look amazing. Just felt like I let my friends down with picking a hotel this nice and no beautiful lobby currently.

He said tomorrow by your check out your money will return to your account.
