Overall the hotel was fine, but definitely showing it's age and wear in places. Cleanliness and friendliness of staff was good as well.

Pros (+) The entire experience was great. I even had help with lost merchandise in the room! The front desk employee, Luccia was extremely accommodating, even allowing for me to return after checkout to find my things and it was a success!
Cons (-) The only thing that could have changed was the breakfast chicken sausage. Considering it’s a pandemic, I am more than understanding of the conditions with staffing and the downsize in people. But everything else was great.

Pros (+) The suite was very clean, quiet, and the partial bay view (as reserved) was very nice. Didn't want to leave. It was nice of them to have pool towers ready in your room, rather than having to hunt them down at the pool. Nice little touch.
Cons (-) Noisy bath room fan that should be independent from the bathroom lights.

Pros (+) Bed was comfortable, room was clean, but the bathroom wasnt good. Toilet roll holders broken, the soap holders in the shower were old and the surface had all but peeled. The lighting was bad in the bathroom also.
Cons (-) Room was nice Comfortable bed
