The in-hotel food service was the highlight, although more expensive than average. The condition of the rooms was terrible. The lighting in the rooms was abysmal. We needed to use our flashlights to see, even with all the room lights on. In the first room we were assigned to the lights didn’t work at all and we had to be moved to another room. So I stayed here two weeks in a row for business. The first week I stayed for two nights my coffee maker was broken. I called the front desk and was told there was coffee in the lobby which as I figured at 3:30 AM was old and cold. Pros (+) My Mom and stayed the first weekend of Jan. 2018 - the hotel was under construction at the time, but the place was cool, clean and the staff was super nice and friendly. Free trolley to downtown area was chill and my Ubers had no issues finding the hotel's location.

Pros (+) Location.
Cons (-) The person at the reception desk during my check in was not friendly nor courteous. I wish I had gotton his name. Even pointed at the wrong direction after check in. Steering me toward the restaurant area instead of the elevators. The room was in a very strange state: all the drawers were open, seat cushens raised, waste basket placed on the chair. I did not understand at all.
