Overall great place. Theresa was very good. Everyone was very good. The others I forgot their names sorry 😞. The only thing I think that needs to improve is to enforce the parking. There is a sign that says "parking for garden hilton hotel only all others will be towed." I had the needed parking permit. However one night I left to go get food and when I returned there was no parking what at all i...

Cons (-) All we wanted was somewhere to sleep. The aircon was noisy, the bed uncomfortable and the room too hot. Gave up trying to sleep and left at 5.00am

Pros (+) Room was very clean, check in process was speedy.

Cons (-) I checked in late and left very early so I cannot speak to any of the amenities. Both finding the hotel and parking late at night were difficult, and parking lot was not well lit.
