Cons (-) They are very sneaky when it comes to charging twice for the room and the resort fees. I paid in advance and they charged me again at the counter plus resort fees and held that money until after I left. I was also charged daily. Imagine being on vacation and over $500 is unnecessarily being held in your account. She claimed it was an accident but I know it was on purpose. Thank God the money didn’...

Pros (+) I was ill and needed a place to hunker down and be served room service. I felt like I was in my own apartment. Everything was clean and nice. I really enjoyed the room service and all the staff were very friendly. One more thing I loved was being able to check out late for an evening flight by paying a small fee. This made such a difference to me since I was still not feeling well. I could stay in...
