The facility was very nice and the location was convenient.

It was a nice looking hotel and a nice bar! The advertisement said a pool, which we found out was incorrect. That was a huge disappointment for me and my kids. There were stains on the floor in my room. The blind was broken so the sun was super bright and hot in the early morning. The mirror didn’t look clean. It was not what I was hoping for.

The lobby and restaurant were very nice. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The room itself was older and smelled like smoke. The first time I turned on the water for the sink, it got clogged and it was disgusting.

Cons (-) Let’s see, Rude staff Terrible bar Uncomfortable bed And the worst of it all, dirty bedding. Told the manager and she did not care. Go to Opryland for a few dollars more and get treated like royalty.
