Lobby recently renovated. Not sure if they tried to renovate the rooms as well but AC unit didn’t work the best and the room smelled incredibly musty. Could be that all the humidity in Miami makes most rooms places smell like that but I suspect not.

Hey must be more conscious about the need of have ALL elevators working. The las weekend just one of three elevators were in service and it was a big delay waiting for it. All other aspects were ok. Remarkable the kindness and help of Ms. Genesis (reception) and Karen (housekeeping)

Interiors looked very tired and grungy. Painted over walls, greasy fingerprints left from previous guests on windows, old bathrooms, stains on shower tiles. Squeaky beds, musty carpets. Don't bring little ones here.

Paying over $200. Fir one night, I expected better. This hotel is old and dated. They pride themselves on cleanliness. The carpet clearly had not been well vaccinated, as there were lots of specs of things on the carpet. There was clearly dust it’s on the bathroom floor. Pros (+) The hotel was clean and comfortable. Bianca when I checked in was very nice, friendly and accommodating.
Cons (-) Internet was very slow and at some times not working at all on the evening I arrived. I was there for business so of course this was very annoying and inconvenient. Broken steam iron in my room, which then wet my dress I was wearing for a business meeting, reception sent a new one to my room...this was delivered by a man.. as a woman traveling alone I don't think it's a good idea for men to be sen...

Cons (-) The restaurant night crew has terrible customer service. They play obvious favorites with the customers too. This nearly ruined the whole experience.
