We arrived at the Holiday Inn Paris Palais de l'Elysée and were first offered a standard room on the first floor (room 002). There was a sewage pipe running through the room, and it had a strong feeling of humidity that you could notice immediately. I understand that most hotel rooms in Paris are small, but this one was extremely tiny, very old, and uncomfortable. I couldn’t imagine staying in tha...
