Walter, Jun 2026 - ibis Paris Bercy Village 12ème
By Paris standards, large for the price, but not that comfortable. Bed was thin, little cushioning. shower had excellent water pressure but the positioning of the shower gel made it very hard to use. TV was positioned so you bumped into it every time you walked past the bed. No safe/strongbox, no tissues, no shampoo (just combo shampoo/conditioner). Very clean but lots of wear. Large desk with a l...

Very nice welcome Rooms on the smaller side but good for a short stay Only negative is that luggage storage is paid and can only be done using coins (unexpected in a hotel)

We loved our 4-night stay at Ibis Paris Ornano Montmartre. Great location, friendly service, and clean rooms. Aby was especially helpful! Highly recommend.

Anonymous, May 2024 - ibis Paris 17 Clichy-Batignolles
The entrance is confusing as it is in the middle of a block and not clearly signed from Port de Clichy metro. The stairs from the main road are covered in graffiti. Once inside, the hotel is clean and modern. There is a coffee vending machine but no kettle in the rooms. Breakfast was really good, filling and tasty.

Getting my room ahead of time was great after a long flight. Gare du Nord is ugly and dirty, sad to see, for traveling your location is fine, convenient. Outside tables and garden could be really cleaned, especially with COVID problem. Your staff was very nice. Best,

Cons (-) Electric wall outlets were defective in that they could not support adapters. Key result is I couldn't charge my phone in the room, and had sit in the lobby to do so. Indicative of the fact that the place was fine for a simple place to sleep, but a little run down.

Cons (-) The personel need better customer service training. The employees avoid contact with the customers. They always on their personal phones even with a line of customers. Horrible service and management. They tried to accuse us for a broken toilet in the room. Luckily we took pictures on arrival. We showed them to the whole staff including the hotel manager before they were convinced. Shame shame sha...

Freddy, Jul 2019 - ibis Paris Tour Eiffel Cambronne 15ème
Pros (+) This was the worse hotel experience ever.
Cons (-) I am very displeased with the quality and service provided during my stay at this Ibis. To start, I booked this hotel because the description indicated “the new ibis room” to celebrate my eighth wedding anniversary. To my surprise it was completely the contrary. When we arrived at the hotel, I asked the receptionist to confirm my specific room requests (indicated above and below). The individual h...
