location is pretty good
The staff were rude. interrupted conversations with me to help other customers. Refused to speak at some point--I got the impression it was due to my lack of facility with the locally spoken languages. I was told I couldn't check in until 3pm, which is not an unusual thing. I was also told they would not hold luggage until then. While I was trying to check in another customer came to desk stating he'd just checked in, and upon having seen the room he wanted his money back.
awful breakfast there was nothing to eat, very cheap and bad quality of breakfast, when we didnt find what to eat they brought us some orange juice they told us its fresh but it was not fresh. at 9 pm i went out to bring some sandwiches and pizza when i came back and reached the hotel gate they told me that i am not allowed to take food inside the hotel i got shocked
expensive for nothing.
The staff friendliness
Lack of computer access
The staff were very welcoming and spoke good English. Rooms were clean and tidy, and maintained everyday. Ouafae the front office manager was extremely helpful and also organised my pickup to and from the airport. Dinner and breakfast was very good and staff very helpful.
The bed was a little firm for me.
One of the worse experience. The hotel is old, limited facilities, rooms are much below the standard of other similar hotels and photos are not matching. If you have to stay at the hotel, ensure to get your own towels, iron, water bottles, slippers. Yes, also ensure you get data for your phone because basically there is no WiFi. One last thing, get your own cleaning products it is a bit filthy.
