Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's central location, making it convenient for sightseeing and transportation. Many also appreciated the friendly and helpful staff, who often went out of their way to assist with luggage and provide local recommendations. However, several guests found the beds uncomfortable and the bathrooms small or outdated. The lack of an elevator was a common complaint, especially for those with heavy luggage or rooms on higher floors. Despite these drawbacks, many felt the hotel offered good value for the price.
