Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, especially its proximity to the beach, and many appreciated the friendly and helpful service from staff and at the Tiki Bar. However, several reviews highlighted negative aspects such as uncomfortable beds, issues with cleanliness, and concerns about value for price due to extra fees and room conditions. While the location and service stood out positively, improvements are needed in comfort, cleanliness, and transparency regarding costs.

Pros (+) The staff were exceptional. Helped with anything we needed. The outdoor amenities were beautiful.
Cons (-) I thought I was getting an ocean front room with balcony only to get a street front room with no balcony. Very disappointed and misleading on website.
