Pros (+) The staff were exceptional. Helped with anything we needed. The outdoor amenities were beautiful.
Cons (-) I thought I was getting an ocean front room with balcony only to get a street front room with no balcony. Very disappointed and misleading on website.

Cons (-) Had to change rooms because the water wouldnt work, a lot of cracks and water damage, noisy, not clean.
