Pros (+) Not much - we didn’t even get to stay at the hotel I reserved because Get-a-Room, who you (Kayak) are partnered with, overbooked and did not notify us until 11 hours before our departing flight, which is totally unacceptable. See specific details below.

Cons (-) I did not like the fact that they charge additional $40 per day per room for absolutely nothing, i booked from Sonesta and managed to get a late check out, once arrived they say they didn't hear about it and said additional $$$ if???. i stay only in top hotels and nowhere ever i got to talk about money like in the Sonesta. it was ok but i will no come back.
