Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it easy to access the city center and train station. The breakfast received high marks for variety and quality, with many guests calling it outstanding. Free parking was appreciated by several visitors. However, there were repeated complaints about uncomfortable beds and lack of air conditioning during hot weather. Service was generally described as friendly and helpful, though a few noted less welcoming interactions at reception. Overall, the hotel is valued for its convenience, breakfast, and parking, but could improve on sleep comfort.
