Staff service was very good and all functions carried out efficiently and with pleasure.
The Dining Room was not open when I stayed and the only food available was from a cafeteria which allowed smoking. This presented me with a personal problem.The choice of room service meals was poor for a four star hotel.

The staff on the reception desk were friendly and forthcoming with information. Very handy to the train station. The location was a bit away from the main areas but the walk to get to them was nice. Breakfast was good.
The WiFi did not reach my room so I had to the reception area to check email etc. The smoke in the restaurant.
