Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guest reviews for this hotel are mixed. Many guests appreciated the comfortable beds, convenient location, and the cleanliness of the rooms, especially after recent renovations. Some also found the staff to be polite and helpful. However, there were several complaints about cleanliness issues (such as mold, sewer smells, and unclean bathrooms), maintenance problems (like faulty AC, broken lighting, and missing amenities), and breakfast service not meeting expectations. Safety concerns and unprofessional staff behavior were also mentioned. Overall, the hotel offers comfort and convenience, but improvements are needed in cleanliness, maintenance, and service consistency.
