Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel for its friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast offerings, and convenient location. However, many reviews highlighted significant cleanliness issues, with dirty rooms, unclean bathrooms, and poorly maintained facilities. The closure or malfunction of amenities such as the pool, hot tub, and ice machines was a frequent complaint. While some guests found the rooms comfortable and appreciated the value, others were disappointed by the outdated condition and lack of proper maintenance. Overall, positives centered on service, breakfast, and location, but cleanliness and amenity issues detracted from the experience.
