Good for your money
It was in a good location near restaurants and about 10 minutes away from the grapevine mills mall. The pool was very clean and the room was clean.

Proximity to airport.
In 4 days I needed to request new room keys 6 times. The shower faucet handle broke in half when I tried to use it. They did not have a bottle-opener to lend, (which is annoying but not a deal-killer), but when asked they suggested I go to the Wal-Mart to get one. But there was a convenience store across the street that had some. Overall they were clueless/indifferent.

Convenient location with access to the airport, free (albeit small) breakfast, very quiet, kind and professional staff.
Overpriced for what it was, very poor water pressure in the shower, poor availability of hot water, slightly run down, bed was far too firm.
