Pros:We rented in Cody and dropped off in Jackson. Hertz had the best deal for this kind of transfer. While it was still expensive, it was better than Alamo (which charged $1,500 for the transfer). The staff in Cody was great. The drop-off in Jackson has been moved from the airport into the south part of Jackson. It was a bit of an inconvenience, but our last stop was in Jackson, so not too bad. Overall, pleased with the service we got.Cons:Move the location back to the airport, but wasn't that big of a deal.Reviewed 23 May 2021

Pros:Pick up and drop off were very easy.Cons:Our vehicle had not been cleaned at all when we picked it up. Because we had a family of 6 adults, and there were no other vehicles to accommodate us, we had to take it. Further, we got an engine warning that it was past due for an oil change, which concerned us greatly. We also had a tire with a slow leak that we had to fill with air twice in our two-week rental. Considering we are dealing with a pandemic, this was not acceptable and we texted pictures and our concerns to the rental location. We did not hear anything back from them.Reviewed 20 Jul. 2020

EasyPros:Even the day after the eclipse in Wyoming, we got exactly the car we wanted and had no trouble. Drop off was fast and easy. Customer service was excellent.Cons:We got the car in Casper, Wy. and dropped it off in Kalispel, MT. the surcharge was a bit steep but understandable.Reviewed 30 Aug. 2017
