They did not have the car we reserved. It took nearly 2 hours to have all of our plans rearranged and get into a vehicle. There was only one employee and he did not have their power to fix the problem. It was extremely frustrating. He was respectful and kind and I tried to be as well, but it still was a very frustrating beginning to our vacation. We had to change from four cars to three cars for our group and were not reimbursed for the fourth car that we were not given. We also had to pay extra just to get out of there.
