The van I rented was not available. But the associate I worked with me to rent me two cars for a cheaper price. That came with pros like more luggage space but having two cars was not ideal for my group. Thank you to the associates who did everything in her power to try to solve the van issue for me. Lastly, I did not like that both cars I was given had damage. One had a cracked windshield and the other’s plastic step to get into the car was cracked on the passenger side.Reviewed 19 Jun. 2023

I ordered a large suv and got a mid size insteadPros:Thecar was ok but not what I ordered. They offered me $20 off per day which frankly was an insult. They initially offered me a hundai sonata which would totally not work for 4 large adults.
