The girl in Lafayette where I rented the car was extremely nice. The Hertz people in Nashvlle when dropping the car off were extremely RUDE. The car was ok not super comfortable but ok. The rAtes are outrageous. Also, I paI’d ahead for the car with a major credit card. You guy putting another $200 hold on my acct for days is unacceptable. I had already paid for the car. Ridiculous and I don’t like being told that AFTER I’ve already rented the car. I have insurance. No reason to do that.Reviewed 8 Nov 2021
