Personnel were very helpful and kind! They gave us a ride back to our location free of charge. I had booked car rental two months prior to use through kayak. This was a good price and deal. I asked agent about coast for four more days when returning vehicle. My price quote from Hertz was twice as much for five days then what the seven days we just finished with. Overall experience was very good and would definitely use them again if price was right!Reviewed 19 May 2022

Booked on Priceline - when picked up the cost jumped $600 as it was a one way rental - which I had called both Priceline and Hertz to verify that I had booked for quoted price. When I arrive at my destination, instead of the $1000 they had told me my price went up to, it grew to $1500 and when asked why, was told I don't know, it just is. $1500 a day for three and half days from Louisiana to Utah is ridiculous and an absolute rip off. I would never ever rent from this organization. I have since talked to others who have had the same experience. Terrible company and you can't get anyone on the telephone to talk to. Vehicle was smoked in and charged extra dayPros:Good value Hyundai Sonata was nice vehicle Comfortable to drive Easy to reserve using KayakCons:Charged and extra day when I was about 30 minutes past return time. great experiencePros:car was an upgrade from what I originally ordered and I had to add a day to the rental...I was allowed to do that at the same discounted rate as original order! Great to hear!Cons:Fortunately, I had a corporate # code because I only had a debit card to use.. Would be great if debit card was acceptable once credit check is passed.Reviewed 2 Mar. 2017

Did not inform me the age limitCons:I paid for the car reservation online where it asked me my age multiple times. I went to pick it up weeks later. They let me pay for it online but I was under 25 so they couldn't accept my payment for the deposit and if I did pay cash it would more than double the price of the car. There was no age limit on the site. The only thing it said was had to be 21. I was late for my trip, have no money to use on vacation be cause I had to find an alternate was to get there, and have to wait 10 days for a refund!!Reviewed 28 Feb. 2017
