Cons:Rental was for 08:00 am, but the car was not ready until 09:00. Was told they do not have the staff and he could not tell me when the car would be ready. Once the car was delivered, still had trash in the back from prior rental.Reviewed 7 Dec. 2020

Pros:The staff was great, the service was excellent - easy pick up and drop-off (and the woman staffing the desk remembered me three days later!). I found the entire experience to be easy and understandable (where to go, what to do, etc.) from beginning to end.Cons:The car wasn't all that great. It was safe, it was functional, and it was most definitely clean. However, I would have preferred something a little more comfortable and modern, even at my small-car/low-level need.Reviewed 13 Oct. 2020

Downgraded CarCons:I had reserved a Toyota 4Runner as I am considering buying this model. I was disappointed to find Hertz did not have one available and offered a Nissan Rouge as the substitute. This is a smaller less expensive car as compared to the 4Runner. Although i don't complain if I get upgraded, I don't like to be down graded for the same price.Reviewed 25 Mar. 2017

Thanks for the inexpensive upgrade.Pros:Lives that you had a ton of extra cars at that location, which gave the attendant flexibility to give us a heap upgrade to an Escalade for only $15/day. Loved the extra comfort for the trip.Cons:Feel like the auto-check-in process needs to be more automated. That airport is plenty behind the times that way.Reviewed 19 Feb. 2017
