Pros:The staff was very friendly for pick-up at the Provo Airport. We dropped off the car to the Louisville Airport rental parking lot and left the key in the car; we did not end up meeting any staff during our drop-off process. It was a brand-new 2020 Chevy Malibu with awesome tech updates, making it very easy to use our maps phone app, music, and more!Cons:We paid Kayak $11.00 a day for insurance, and ended up paying additional insurance through Hertz, because we were unaware that the $11.00 a day would not cover what we were hoping it would cover.Reviewed 16 Jun 2020

Cons:There was a $30/day fee because I’m 6 months away from being 25, they didn’t quote me that until we arrived to the airport. So our online reservation quote was like $170 but when we ended up paying $305. Knowing that before hand would have been really helpful.Reviewed 25 Nov 2019
