Pros:The staff was very friendly for pick-up at the Provo Airport. We dropped off the car to the Louisville Airport rental parking lot and left the key in the car; we did not end up meeting any staff during our drop-off process. It was a brand-new 2020 Chevy Malibu with awesome tech updates, making it very easy to use our maps phone app, music, and more!Cons:We paid Kayak $11.00 a day for insurance, and ended up paying additional insurance through Hertz, because we were unaware that the $11.00 a day would not cover what we were hoping it would cover.Reviewed 16 Jun. 2020

Cons:There was a $30/day fee because I’m 6 months away from being 25, they didn’t quote me that until we arrived to the airport. So our online reservation quote was like $170 but when we ended up paying $305. Knowing that before hand would have been really helpful.Reviewed 25 Nov. 2019

Pros:They called me hours before I was to pick up the car to tell me they did not have a vehicle for me. It left me to scramble to find another rental.Cons:They should not make a reservation for cars they don’t have.Reviewed 11 Aug. 2019

Pros:The agent didn't ask if I wanted Loss Damage Insurance. He had me sign and electronic pad that approved the rental. He handed me the contract in a folder as I headed out the door. Later I find they charged me $25 a day for coverage I don't need. I never buy their lousy insurance. A con job!Cons:Agents should ask me if I want to buy insurance and not slip it in!Reviewed 6 Aug. 2019
