When we went to pick up the car that we had booked and prepaid for we were told we had not paid enough and had additional charges so what we thought was a great deal was not. By the time we drove away with the car it had been almost 90 minutes into our pick up time which they kept as the same time even though we didn’t get the car to later because we were disputing all the extra charges. Which we eventually had to pay because we were heading to a wedding reception 10 hours away and we had to get on the road.Reviewed 15 May 2023

We flew in on a Thursday and returned car Sunday morning. They checked it in same day I dropped off. The employees were very courteous and efficient. I loved the ease that it was to pick up and return the rental car. I couldn’t have been happier.Reviewed 7 Nov. 2022

I accidentally ordered the car for the wrong date- a week a head of when I actually need it. I had prepaid not knowing that would mess me up. When I made the reservation it said I could cancel up to 24hours of my reservation. Hertz would not give me a refund and made me jump through a bunch of hoops- only then to tell me they would charge me a $50 cancellation fee- my reservation was for $88!. UghReviewed 22 Apr. 2022

Pros:Easy pick up and easy drop off, was a day late on dropping off so I'll wait to see what additional charges may be applied. Desk person said just another day of rental would be due which would be fair.Reviewed 13 Sep. 2020

Pros:The staff was very friendly for pick-up at the Provo Airport. We dropped off the car to the Louisville Airport rental parking lot and left the key in the car; we did not end up meeting any staff during our drop-off process. It was a brand-new 2020 Chevy Malibu with awesome tech updates, making it very easy to use our maps phone app, music, and more!Cons:We paid Kayak $11.00 a day for insurance, and ended up paying additional insurance through Hertz, because we were unaware that the $11.00 a day would not cover what we were hoping it would cover.Reviewed 16 Jun. 2020

Cons:There was a $30/day fee because I’m 6 months away from being 25, they didn’t quote me that until we arrived to the airport. So our online reservation quote was like $170 but when we ended up paying $305. Knowing that before hand would have been really helpful.Reviewed 25 Nov. 2019
