Friendly staff, but not enough of them to handle morning line-up at the hotel location. Waited close to o 2 hours before I received a car to drive off. Car exterior was in good condition, but the back seats needed a shampoo as there were major stains on them.Reviewed 8 Dec 2024

The staff was very friendly and helpful, but they didn’t have any cars when I got there. I was forced to take a car that was a lot more expensive than the original car I had reserved. I ended up paying more than $20 a day extra than the car I originally reserved. I tried to exchange it during the week for a cheaper car, but there were none available.Reviewed 3 Dec 2024
