they could answer the phone and be more responsive. they said that they would provide a charger when i called central reservations (since they don't answer the phone at the location) and they said yes, when I got there it was not the right charger. Also the car smells of smoke, no one answers the phone when I call to sort it out. Very disappointed.Reviewed 24 Mar 2025

They added hidden fees and charged me for gas even though I had returned the tank with more than I left it with. You expect to pay a premium with Hertz so that you don’t have to deal with chasing their customer service. It is truly useless to have a smooth pickup process if it means that you’ll have to track them down later because they charged you the price you paid ahead of time over in fees. I was not texted a pickup spot, there were no suvs left in gold slots even tho I was told to choose one from there, car I did get from another area had not been washed. I was just left to stumble around until I went back to the office. Ver6 poke experience.Reviewed 23 Mar 2025

Gave me a very uneasy feeling the way they forced the insurance on me. Also the car was in rough shape, moldy interior, far from the quality of car I usually get from Hertz. Ultimately, they didn’t end up scamming me but I felt like they were going to at multiple stages.Reviewed 23 Mar 2025

When I got my final receipt they charged me for a fill up @ 10.99 per gallon and I returned it full. Then trying to get the charges reversed was a nightmare, they said thy reversed charges so we will see how that goes.Reviewed 23 Mar 2025
