Pros:I love the comfy beds
Cons:They were under construction, only one elevator worked, and the traffic noise outside was very loud. Was not able to sleep very well and there was a lot of moisture in the room, which made the room sticky. The WiFi was horrible.
Pros:Facilities service, location, great night sleep. Delicious breakfast and free wifi. Short distance from 826, Palmetto, well situated.

Pros:The location was convenient to the highway.
Cons:Day one the elevator stopped working and being that I tore 3 tendons in my foot I had to take stairs to the 4h floor which was painful To say the least. Night 2 was also a disaster as police were called to the my floor for a disturbance in one of the rooms and when trying to leave for dinner the police told us to stay in the room and made us go back to the room. we were stuck!. Front desk at one point stopped answering the phone to alert us to police departure from hotel. There were at least 13 police officers on premises. it was just scary to say the least as there was yelling and arguing most of the night.
Cons:The smell. Your p tak needs to be removed and cleaned room 430.
Pros:The rooms were very clean and the staff was great. The staff made all of us feel welcome and had no problem talking care of us and our needs.
