My budget experience went really well. I was helped by Rosa at the Hilo international airport at the budget booth. She helped me find the best rates and get the best deal possible. Had to return two separate cars due to mechanical issues. Cars were old with approx 50,000 miles in each. Tatty interiors with rips in chairs and peeling dashboard. Went with Avis in the end. Car much cleaner and cheaper too!
