Cons (-) The staff was and older guy. He photocopied my Drivers License and Credit card. Made me feel super uncomfortable. I had checked in by myself but on the app it said 3 people maximum. After checking in he called us on the hotel room phone demanding $10 for the additional person (3). Disgusted with the customer service!
