Average hotel. Parking expensive.
Convenient location.
Basically this was a run down hotel with a new paint job. Very noisy from rooms above and next to you. Breakfast is mediocre and relatively expensive. Pool was full of the same group being drunk and obnoxious my entire stay. Laundry room was dirty.
Room was nice and cozy.
The breakfast buffet was a bit lackluster for $18.00 a person, you’d be better off going elsewhere in Waikiki for food.
Great location
The decor and small finishes
It was way too much money for a hotel that was worse than a motel 6. The location was great the room just was very old and outdated.
Okay stay
Free beach equipment hire. Room was functional. We stayed in a room with kitchenette for 5 nights. It was clean enough & suited our needs.
Did not feel like a hotel with bells & whilstles. Pool was being renovated so had to go across the road to the ambassador pool.
The room is big and comfy. The view is amazing. Close to shops.
No comforter.
Closer to the beach and downtown.
Paid parking !
Nice Hotel
nice location for shoping,surfing,very clean,comfirtable
I like that it was close to waikiki
I didn't like the bathroom. Parts of the ceiling were severely water damaged. And the pool was minimal
Excellent customer service
Kind, friendly and welcoming entire staff
Everything
One of the check in clerks seemed a lil strange but other than that staff was friendly, also we asked for a later check out with was denied and the maid came knocking at our doors at 1030 which didn't make me very happy since we had till 11. Other than that I'd stay again just to get away and play tourist for a night.
Accomadating
None
It is convinient. the staff is really nice. The rooms with the ocean vue are more quiet than the one on the street.
Nope
Location was great, and I loved the kitchen :)
Perfect for the price you pay
We booked a room with a view of the ocean and were pleasantly surprised to get a corner room with a balcony on two sides and wonderful views. The hotel was very close to everything and the airport shuttle droped us off at the door and picked us up again, which was very good service.
The shower would not drain, so I asked for it to be fixed. Although the girl on reception said it will be fixed, nothing haoppened. day I went and asked for a room change and they were good aboiut that, and gave us a similar room straight away. The hotel is old and the plumbing may be a problem. It was in our first room.
Good overnight stay from the airport. It was a safe location, quiet, clean, economical.and the staff were friendly.
All good, but only had one day in Wsikiki and wanted to visit the Waikele Premier Outlets. A staff member said I had to get the public bus there. I wasted 2 hrs getting there only to find out shuttle buses go every hour on hte express way. I suggest your hotel could maybe have up to date timetables with a couple of companies.
