Phillip at the front desk was so friendly and held our bags until our room was available so we could explore the city. Our room was immaculate and health club was clean and large with plenty of equipment.

The Hyatt Regency Boston Harbor has an excellent big water view of the city. The ferry to the city is located immediately behind the hotel on the water. We didn't take it, but I know that it ran very frequently. The hotel's proximity to the airport was great! The shuttle bus from the hotel runs 24/7 every 20 minutes. Wonderful hotel. Rooms are large, clean, and comfortable. The fitness center is large and has an extensive array of equipment. The staff are very friendly, polite, and professional. The bar scene is very lively and the restaurant has great service. The location is close to attractions and public transportation. Great stay.

On approach the revolving door was busted so we had to go through the handicapped door. The button to open said door was inoperable so I had to open it while pulling the valet cart. There’s a token microwave in the lobby opposite registration that serves as the unit for the whole establishment as there are not microwaves in the room. Hotel clean nice pictures lobby beautiful. Favorite was nighttime view of Boston absolutely gorgeous.Cocktails we’re great. 2 couples family we were all very impressed. One couple flying out next day seem less car rental and airport right there.We we’re on 15 th floor highly recommend

Nice hotel very convenient to mass transit in Boston. Friendly staff. Entering the hotel and having to take an elevator up two flights to check-in was a bit inconvenient, particularly in these Covid-19 times and not wanting to share an elevator with anyone else. Pros (+) The room was comfortable
Cons (-) Even though it was during the covid pandemic they could have had a few more amenities available. I purposely booked bc they had a gym which was closed (I was alerted only a few days before my trip). With spray disinfectant, masks and wipes available it would have been fine for the gym to be open. Or they could have limited the number of people. That just annoyed me

Pros (+) Amazing breakfast Front desk staff provided us with a voucher due to a delay in our room being ready Very nice concierge and front desk staff
Cons (-) Our room was not ready in time, and they were (I think) short a duvet when they were preparing it, so they put two flat sheets on the comforter instead of a duvet. This was a minor annoyance.
